All goods are shipped within 48 hours unless there is a Bank Holiday which will delay the shipment by 24 hours. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Packet post or a suitable courier depending upon the size/weight/value of your order.
Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels within 2-4 days but can take upton 15 working days. if you are not home when the parcel is delivered then they will leave a calling card and you can then arrange re delivery or collect the parcel from your local sorting office. We have found in some cases a card is not left and would ask you to check with Royal Mail if a parcel has not been received as it may be there waiting for you.
After 15 working days if the parcel does then not turn up we can arrange to re send the goods. We will then make a claim from Royal Mail for non receipt.
Goods may be returned within 7 working days from receipt. To do this you must contact us via email email@example.com or telephone 08717 898 408 to obtain a returns number. We will refund the cost of the goods only, postage fees if any are not refundable. Returns cannot be made for earrings/earring backs.
If your items are faulty or have been damaged in transit we require a photograph via email to firstname.lastname@example.org to show the damage. This is the easiest way then we can replace the item or refund it.
